When
it comes to massage therapy, there are many types to choose
from. Many therapists combine techniques. What really counts
is the level of competence and the years of experience they
bring to the table.
Clare is a Nationally Certified Sports and
Therapeutic Massage Therapist.
She has been certified by the New Jersey Office
of the Attorney General, Division of Consumer Affairs, certification
number 26BT00025900.
She has been a member of the American Massage
Therapy Association since 1990 and a member of the International
Association of Healthcare Practitioners since 1995. She
attended the Center of Touchstone Therapy in New Jersey
in 1988 and has studied with many noted practitioners in
her field.
Clare served as Coordinator of the New Jersey
Sports Massage Team for three years, volunteering for events
including the New York Marathon, the Boston Marathon, the
1994 World Cup Soccer Tournament and the 1996 Summer Olympics
in Atlanta. She is a member of the South Brunswick Chamber
of Commerce.
Her style of massage is an integrated approach
drawn from various techniques such as Swedish massage, Reflexology,
Sports techniques, Trigger Point therapy and Russian massage.
Clare is an adjunct instructor for Health
Choices Institute, a massage school in Hillsborough, NJ.
She is an instructor for basic and advanced classes in sports
massage. Presently, she serves as a NJ State Representative
to the AMTA National Conference.

Hypnosis and Guide Meditation. Tara teaches Reiki twice
a month on Sundays in our office.
